The package only mentions using it in coffee and tea. Can it be used in baking and if so would it be in the same proportion as normal powdered milk?

You can make this powder up and then treat it as ‘fresh milk’ using it in anything that you would use milk for. eg Cooking, baking, milk shakes, pus teas and coffees

Can you mix this up into drinking milk or for cooking and baking please?

Milfresh Gold skimmed milk powder can be used as a complete replacement for fresh milk to enjoy at home. To make 1 litre of fresh milk, simply add 930ml of water to 100g of Milfresh. Stir the milk granules into the water thoroughly until fully dissolved and refrigerate the milk until ice cold. Consume within 24 hours.

I don’t think the ingredients on the packet simply says ‘skimmed milk’ I use it for bread making although I did mix some up to make espresso and it tasted fine and it dissolves well. All in all I was surprised at the quality of a dehydrated product and would give it 5*
