Bought the smaller one first. Don't waste your money trying to save a few dollars. This item covers more area, and the phone application provides more control over your therapy. I've recommended this item to several friends and coworkers. All were very impressed with the quality and performance.

This product is fantastic. App easy to use. The heat is great and you can adjust it to what ever temperature you would like. Massage feature is also great. Would highly recommend this item.

I like that the heat and vibration intensities are strong and that there is a 30-minute automatic shutoff, so I can use it to get to sleep. What I don't like is that the control pad is far to my right, so to see it, I have to twist....and twisting my sprained back is painful. So, I have learned to use a mirror to make adjustments. Minor but worth considering on future models. I also find the battery pack to have a short life. It shuts off in the middle of my second cycle - if battery life can't be increased, I suggest you make additional batteries available so there can always be one on charge while another is in use.

This relieves back pain nicely when few other things work. Vibration added to the heat is a plus.

The massage belt worked well while it was functioning, but unfortunately it stopped working just a few days after the return window closed. For a product that cost around $50, I expected it to last much longer than only five weeks. My girlfriend has owned a similar massage belt for years without any issues, so I was disappointed with the durability and reliability of this one. Based on my experience, I do not feel it was worth the price.

It fits well and is comfortable with the extender that came with it. I wish the "power supply" was a bit more robust, needed recharging after one use ( 2 or 3 heat cycles of 30 min each). I do have one that is more robust and it does work with the belt, although it is very snug in the pocket with the usb connector. The messager is very effective as well, but I use it sparingly. I have arthritis in the spine & a pinched nerve down my leg. I cannot use most pain relievers, so this is a treasure! It is very easy to use & definitely relieves the pain. I would recommend it to family and friends and purchase again if ever needed a new one!

I bought the extra large and it's still quite small. I'm size 13/14 in pants. And it barely wraps around. It does get pretty warm but only vibrates. It's not really a massager. Its good enough to not return it however I don't think it's really worth the 50$ I spent on it. Its good quality material. Soft not scratchy. The app you can use is pretty cool but again... The price not really worth it here
