Looks like white sage, not a regular one, ok quality, but has a lot of stems.

Deep intriguing flavor added to dish while cooking. But primarily my use is boiling for the scent. If nervous or angry boiling an 8th of a cup in 6 cups of water , peace and sanity fill the air.

I put 1/4 teaspoon of honey in it along with stevia, george's aloe vera drink, and 1 teaspoon of calms magnesium and calcium, and 1 full tablespoon of Psyllium seed husks, and I pray over it, lol, because it is great for my digestion and it helps my mouth and canker sores, and it helps me go #2 and I drink it this way 3 times a day 1/2 hour before I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. THIS IS THE BEST HERBAL REMEDY FOR MY STOMACH, MY MOUTH, AND MY COLON. Actually it is called Salvia and Mother Mary used it because it is an ancient herb. Thank the Lord for this great herb. Amen. So, This item come from Lebanon, the Mediterranean region where most of the amazing herbs originated a long time ago before it became known in Europe and later in North America. The jar is made of clear plastic, so there's no worries about receiving a broken glass jar from shipping, and it's air sealed to preserve flavor and life. I use it for tea and I can add it to rice and many different dishes. Sage leaves are commonly included in dried Turkey stuffing that we eat on Thanksgiving. Finally at this price, you get a lot for the Money compared to the tea bags version and you're not limited to using it only as tea. Highly Recommended !!!

The leaves themselves are good quality and smell amazing but the stems…the majority of the weight is made from how many giant stems are crammed into the container. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. I wanted leaves; not 50% sticks. It’s taking me forever to sort through the canister and pull the leaves off so that I can use them.

This herb is so tasty and can be used in so many different dishes to flavor. Both chicken and beef or in soups, stocks and vegetables. Its hard to find in stores but Amazon has it which makes it Very convenient for me. The quality is excellent, a lot in the jar. The size is good and its fresh. And you have it when you need it.
