Soundskin pro is my fav sound treatment product. In my opinion much better than Dynamat or anything else out there. The acoustic foam helps absorbs sound waxes and dampen panels. I use all over the car. Floors, headliner, inner and outter door skin. My car doors sound rock hard no hollow noise. Even behind plastic door panels the foams acts as a cushion and prevents metal and plastic vibrations for a better sound. Great adhesive and Quality is shown when touching and feeling the product. I used a heat gun to ensure a great bond and it’s def not going anywhere once it’s rolled on. Deff helps to show off mid-bass and subwoofers when ur not listening to rattles everywhere. Helps improve to get you to the next level of your car audio system. Car is much quieter and has a luxury car feel. Now I really enjoy my Toyota Corolla with a high end audiophile audiofrog system the sound stays in the car around my ears right where I want it. Huge fan and won’t use anything else!!!

Good material. Works very well. Only grip is that the “one car kit” with 11 sq ft is enough to do two doors adequately. And thats on a compact car.

Really a joy to work with. Conforms easily to every nook and cranny and stretches easily when required. Adhesion is excellent. Will maintain proper moisture barrier. Acoustic foam is dense, but compresses well if required. A little less than .20 inches thick. Used on 2021 Subaru Crosstrek doors. Used Dynamat xtreme on outer door skin and this product on inner door skin (between inner door skin and interior trim panel). Car from factory had NO sound insulation in doors whatsoever. Bad road noise. Now doors are bank vault quiet. Very happy with results. Also upgraded speakers, and these sound insulation products create an outstanding speaker “cabinet”. Process makes a bigger improvement in stereo sound than any speaker upgrade would do frankly. Have previous experience with other sound deadening materials in car restorations.

I'm a DIY/hobbyist but I've used a handful of sound deadening products in the past with mixed success. Soundskins pro is a quality product to be sure, the 3 layer design is very effective and easy to work with. I had an serious rattle in my rear shelf due to a corner loaded sub in the trunk. It was driving me crazy. I took a look under the shelf and it was packed with foam insulation already so there was easy fix. Applying Soundskins to the underneath took care of it. Also applied it to my license plate and it worked perfectly there, too. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. Will be buying more to do doors and probably the trunk lid, too. Very happy with the results!

I upgraded my windows from crank windows to electric windows. While I had it apart I installed Soundskins to help deaden the road noise, provide a vapor barrier, and help with my sound system. The product was easy to install and has dramatically reduced the road noise. I was thinking about replacing the door speakers but now that I have the sound skins installed the speakers sound great! they sound more clear, vibrant, and there seams to be less distortion. I plan to replace the carpet and headliner and when I do that I will use Soundskins. It was a little expensive but well worth the money

Definitely noticed an improvement in mid bass and sound quality. Especially imaging, it really shifted the soundstage up and forwards which I wasn’t expecting. Very high quality product although a little thin I feel. I highly reccend this over cld alone. 1 kit should be plenty for even the biggest doors. I did about 30% coverage on the outer skin and over 100% on the inner skin and panel itself. With multiple layers around the speaker itself. Also recommend the speaker rings.

Holds well, easy to cut and apply, and seems to work well. My speakers have a lot more bass and the passing cars are much less noisy after installing. Used 1 roll to replace the vapor barrier of the front and rear doors of my Prius.

I have used Soundskins Pro on my last 3 vehicles. Makes a huge improvement in sound quality. This time I was treating inner & outer door skins, rear wall, and partial floor in my 2023 Ford F150 Supercrew. Used 3 rolls to treat inner and outer door skins and back wall. And used 1 roll to treat the backseat floor area. This combined with a set of custom HDPE blockoff plates to seal off access holes to inner door made an enormous improvement in overall sound quality with the factory speakers. Drastically increased and improved mid-bass response. Next week I will be installing Focal Flax Evo components in the front, and coaxial in the rear.

Se siente de muy buena calidad si es ligero pero se nota que ayuda a la lamina a no hacer tanto ruido en estos dias estare intalando la lamina no pretendo escatimar para tener un buen resultado en mis areas afectadas que es el toldo y pared de fuego trasera esto sera intalado en una pick up dodge ram doble cabina

Reduce el ruido de afuera, mejora el audio interno, muy recomendable!
