Performance Shave Gel, 3.4-Ounce/100ml

Holy crap. Just got out of the shower after using this stuff for the first time. I'll never shave with anything else. First, I use a Merkur safety razor with Astra blades. Second, I try to shave my legs as little as possible because it's always been such a production. I've used Shave Secret for the longest time for both my face/neck and legs. It's great stuff - nice clove smell and keeps the skin (on my face and neck) moist and soft after shaving. On the legs, though, it was always a pain still. I had to put on so much of the stuff, keep the hot water on to constantly re-wet the legs, and then constantly deal with the hair - because it's oil, all the hair clumps together and sticks to everything. Beyond that, I'd have to go over the same spot, especially on the thighs, so many times to get all the hair. But this stuff? Oh my. I had to keep the shower off because the moisture/mist would wash this stuff off. Turns out I didn't need the shower on at all. I just used a little tub of water to rinse off the razor every once and a while. With this stuff I could do much longer strokes, clean the razor by just dunking it in the water once (vs. shaking it furiously for 10 seconds), and get back to it. Not only that, but in most areas, including the thighs, just one stroke would be enough to cut the hair perfectly. It cleans up super easy, and doesn't dry out my legs as well. Seriously impressive. Get some. Now.

This product works just as advertised. I've used it in the shower and I get a nice smooth shave on my legs (and other areas as well) and I like the scent and cool feeling. But honestly, I don't notice much of a difference between using Leg Lube and my old-school can of Barbasol shaving cream that I can buy for $1.67 (and which lasts much longer!). I'm rating it three stars because I don't feel it is a good value.

This stuff is AMAZING!!! I will NEVER use shave cream again! I seriously get the closed shave, nick-free, and I can almost shave less frequently! LOVE IT!!!!

Amazing shave product for males or females.

I have been shaving my legs for the last 22 years and this stuff just doesn't work well. It washes off to easily. The best is Headblade.

Leg Lube performed as advertised, smooth shaves without nicks or cuts. I liked that unlike shave creams or gels, I could see what I was shaving. It did seem a little pricey, but I will buy it again. The only thing I really didn't like was the smell. That said, it really did make me feel like I had, as their bottle says, "Fast Legs".

Does its job, but it's clear so it's kind of hard to see where you have or haven't used the razor...

Definitely fun packaging and definitely works, I just don't think the price is justified. I've definitely found solutions which are easier to come by, cheaper, and work just as well.
