Customizable 5 weights & 11 Buttons, Hyper Scroll and High DPI/RGB. But the best thing is G HUB!
Customization: 5/5 Buttons: 5/5 Features: 5/5 Control: 5/5 Durability: 5/5 Grip: 4/5 RGB: 5/5 Review: G502 Hero fills the gaps of the previous G502. Hero is the perfect companion for all of your gaming needs. Let me get into each of them one by one. Don't miss the G HUB! Programmable Buttons: It features 11 buttons that are fully programmable. These include Forward/Backward, DPI Up/Down, G-Shift, Middle Click, Left/Right Click, Profile Cycle and Left/Right Scroll. Refer my image for visualization. Holding G-Shift in the default mode changes DPI to a preset which you can customize. For example, I hold it while snipping to lower my DPI to 1200 in FPS games and increase accuracy. Besides lowering the DPI, G-Shift button can also make existing buttons perform other functionality than their defaults. This gives you another set of 10 new controls! Yes, it does have horizontal scroll that enables left/right scrolling. I use it to change tabs in Chrome. Profile Cycle button helps me to cycle between different profiles easily. Not to miss that all of these are fully customizable on a per-app basis! Hyper Scroll: The scroll features as a frictionless one. Just scroll it once on a long webpage, leave it and it will keep scrolling even after you reach the end. Don't worry, you have a toggle just under it that can disable this feature. RGB: The space allotted is less. You can customize RGB settings for the Logo and the profile indicator on per-app basis. Choose modes between Cycle, Breathing, Fixed, Music and Screen. Music mode works as visualizer based on the playing track. Screen mode changes colour according to what's on your screen. For example, I have made profile for GRIS that makes my G502 to change colour to white and red depending on what's on left and middle side of the screen. The profile indicator in default mode helps you see the profile or DPI level when you change among the max 5. Weights: You get 5 3.6 grams weight bars that you can align in the weight compartment of the mouse as per your convenience. You have options for left/right and forward/backward alignments. A single weight can be aligned in 13 different ways! I've made a weight adjustment video so that you can see how weights are adjusted in G502. Grip and Durability: The mouse looks rock solid. If you have not too large hands, yours can rest comfortably over the mouse. There is a thumb rest while the curvature of the mouse is a treat to your right hand. Beware, left-handers! G HUB: The best thing about this mouse is the software. Yes, you read it right. With G HUB, you can make custom profiles (or even download from the community) for each app. Thus, you can change RGB colours and mode, buttons mapping, DPI settings and G-Shift/DPI-Shift for a particular app. I have even set a profile for Chrome that enhances my productivity. You can find profiles made by me on G HUB by the name 'Baahubali'. What amazed me is that besides Macros (Keyboard key combinations), Shortcuts and Keyboard Keys, you can even build scripts in Lua programming language - now this is something really professional by team. This was my first purchase of a premium gaming mouse. Previously, I had been buying Dragonwar mice. I read somewhere that this mouse is a one-time investment and now I believe they are right. Experiencing the hyper frictionless scroll gives you an idea about how reliable the mouse promises to be! With a price tag on 4K, it's a steal. You may get as minimum as INR 3799 in Lightning Deals. Do check my detailed photos and unboxing videos. I had to follow Amazon Video Format Specs so do visit YouTube (Paras Lehana) to view highest quality video of Unboxing and Weight Adjustment.

4 Years Later: My Logitech G502 Long-Term Review
I've been using the Logitech G502 since April 2022, and it's easily one of the best mice I've owned. Compared to my previous Razer Basilisk FPS mouse, the G502 feels more comfortable in hand and offers a better overall experience. After 4+ years of heavy daily use, I've only encountered a few issues: G4 button developed a double-click issue Infinite scroll toggle button no longer works Right mouse wheel click stopped working Other than that, the mouse is still fully operational. The rubber grips have worn down over time due to continuous use, and the plastic underneath is now visible, as shown in the image. Is it worth buying? Absolutely. Even after more than four years of heavy use, the G502 has held up remarkably well.

Best mouse with flaws
As it is said nothing is perfect and that is true. Even though it is one of the best mouse it has it's flaws. So how I came to this mouse mostly due to price, timing and RGB. Seriously if you are not interested in RGB get some other mouse as it has no importance and it would not make you a better gamer. When I had ordered this mouse the first time I had received a damaged product which Amazon swiftly replaced it. This mouse is great once you get used to the DPI settings and find your sweet spot. The clicks are precise and the sensor is one of the best. The number of extra buttons are adequate and ergonomics for a right-handed is almost perfect (No wonder Razer copied it, look at Basilisk). On game like CS:GO I have managed to almost rank up 10 levels, but now I am stuck so I guess I am not great as I used to think, but the mouse definitely helped me reach there. The weights are great for those who need it, I don't use it as I want it to be light. The RGB looks cool and is not too much. Now to the not so good. Logitech mouse have problem of double clicking, where you click once and it registers as two clicks. This used to be really annoying but I'm not totally sure what caused this change but after cleaning the mouse and a firmware update it seems to have removed that problem. Will test out more to be sure but it is been working better. Second problem, holding the click. When holding the right mouse button it sometimes will unregister it even though you are holding the button. This problem is very irritating when you are doing any drag and drop movements, or like spraying a gun (CS:GO) and it will stop. This issue is more due to the dust/dirt getting stuck inside the buttons. Just blow some air and clean will mostly stop the problem. But it would be better if Logitech solves the problem. Been using the mouse for almost 3 years and it is still working fine and do recommend it for those who can get this on a good deal.

Logitech G502 Hero - Game changer (CIVIL DESIGN ASPECT - NOT GAMING)
Logitech G502 Hero – 2 Weeks In After two weeks of daily use for CIVIL DESIGN USING REVIT & also for Excel and Pdfs, the G502 Hero has genuinely impressed me. - SIZE: Comfortable for almost any hand size — tested by multiple members of my family. - COMFORT: Outstanding. Easily one of the most comfortable mice I've used. - BEST FEATURE: The infinity scroll wheel. The feel, functionality, and convenience are on another level. - THUMB REST: Well-designed and comfortable. - ONLY MINOR DRAWBACK: No dedicated support for the pinky and ring finger. Not a deal-breaker by any means. - RGB: Nothing flashy or eye-catching. This isn't a showpiece mouse — it's built to get the job done. - PROGRAMMABLE BUTTONS: Excellent and highly useful. - WEIGHT: Feels just right; neither too light nor too heavy. - CABLE: Very long, good quality but not braided - needs good care - best suggestion is to get a case for the mouse. Searching for a good one. For LONG DESIGN SESSIONS in REVIT, this mouse is exceptional. I've used numerous mice over the years, and very few have felt this comfortable. The only comparable experience I had was with the ANT Esports GM333, but its durability was disappointing, with issues appearing within a few months. I'm hoping the G502 Hero proves to be far more reliable. Final Verdict: 9.9/10 A near-perfect productivity mouse that prioritizes comfort, functionality, and practicality over flashy aesthetics.

Still going strong after 2.5 years
Bought it in March 2023, the mouse is still working fine with (without double clicking) all the OSes I could work on. Either Mac, Windows, Linux or even ChromeOS. - Although the GHub application which controls everything software side is not available on anything other than Windows and Mac, the onboard chip still stores atleast some settings to use in other OS such as DPI levels and button controls. - If your hands are big this is the best mouse you can buy to make your hands comfortable. It fits perfectly in my hands. - I wish the wireless version was slightly less costly as I can't throw in 10K in a mouse that will just stop working with double click issue after 3-4 years. Got the same problem in G402 mice previously. Consecutively bought 2 of them in a gap of 3 years. - Warranty support is abysmal but they atleast replace your whole device if it is still under warranty. It took around 1.5 month in G402 warranty replacement. - Build Quality for G502 is better than G402 although wire should have been more tough or to say braided. Current cable is not that good. Latest G402 had a better cable than this G502. - After all the fear of double clicking this mice is still the value for money.

Perfect palm grip mouse you can buy
The best mouse I have ever owned. I owned the first edition of the G502 when it launched in 2014, so my previous mouse was in use for almost 11 years. After 11 years the left click of that mouse starting acting up which made me buy a new mouse and the only mouse worthy of replacing my previous G502 is the the G502 Hero. It is a perfect palm grip mouse with an amazing sensor which gives me the precise control I want. The adjustable weight is the same as the previous mouse and is extremely useful. The only drawback for me is the lack of a braided cable. Albeit, the current non braided cable is more flexible and that is a trade off I am personally okay with.

Feature rich, long lasting, truly a 'Hero'
Very comfortable for both work and gaming. Additional features like hyper fast scrolling mode, DPI shift button, horizontal scroll support are excellent. I had no idea I would end up using these features so much. Customizable weights are an added bonus, but I found the default weight quite good. I have been using the mouse almost everyday for 3.5 years and just now it has started giving left click and middle click issues. This is the longest I have used a mouse. All other mice I owned in the past had issues within the first year (especially the cheaper logitech ones). Highly recommend this one if you need a wired gaming mouse.

Excellent feedback little heavy
ive been using this for a few months now This mouse has excellent feedback very responsive a overall just feels nice it is a little skinner than other mice and takes some getting use to its also rather heavy which even with the extra weights left out so for me i wasn't a big fan of much prefer a lighter mouse With 11 buttons most of them fully programable perfect for some but too much for myself as i would just prefer a more simplistic mouse with maby 1 sniper thumb button but to each there own the mouse wheel is 1 of the best feeling ive used with a nice feel when scrolling and the ability to let it fee spin with the click of a button makes large page documents and webpages easy to scroll threw very quickly i just grabbed this cause what i wanted wasn't in stock at the time but overall its a very good mouse to game with i give it 5 star because the things i don't like about it are more personal than a issue with the mouse itself i feel liek this is a go to mouse for those who havnt experienced a good gaming mouse before it has a bit of everything for every1 but it may not be a keeper for some
