Tested out the coffee machine...works awesome

We have purchased this machine in office from our business account of Amazon in Pune. This machine has failed to start after approx 1 year of usage. WE are not getting any support center for this issue. We have raised issue in USA, they have mentioned that , we need to visit and get it repaired in USA only.

It took over five weeks to receive so when ordering, keep that in mind. Secondly, be sure to order a converter step down for US appliances (the white box shown in picture next to coffee machine) so as not to ruin the coffee maker. Secondly, the Keurig is extremely expensive (17,880 rs) in India. And on top of that, so is the voltage converter (4400 rs). So factor these things into your budget when purchasing. Disappointed in the expense because this same unit costs $55 in the US. But I love this brand, so I paid dearly for it.

Worst and Cheat Seller. Avoid the seller, they make fake commitments and got their ratings changed.

We have been using this Keurig K-Classic regularly for more than 3 years, and it is our everyday go-to coffee maker. We have used Keurig systems for many years and have gone through several machines over time. We use them until they eventually wear out, and while we have fixed small issues along the way with help online, we always end up replacing them with another Keurig when they finally burn out. What I like: • Reliable everyday coffee maker • Has held up well for more than 3 years of regular use • The water tank is a reasonable size for the overall machine • Three cup-size options work well for our family • Easy for different people to use different cup sizes with the same type of pod • Makes it simple to get a fresh cup instead of brewing a whole pot • Good size machine without feeling too bulky • This has been a really good model for us Things to be aware of: • The water tank is not the largest, but it is fair for the unit size • Like any machine, Keurigs do eventually wear out over time • We have had occasional issues with Keurig machines in general, but usually found fixes online • If you prefer a full traditional pot of coffee, this may not replace that for you • Pods are more convenient, but they are not the same experience as brewing a full pot Overall: This has been a dependable everyday coffee maker for our family. I have gotten to where I prefer a fresh Keurig cup over a large pot of traditional coffee for daily use, and I would buy another Keurig when this one eventually goes.

Está muy bien y funcional, solo que me equivoqué quería una más grande

I had the same older model keurig for over 20 years and it started to have a pump noise which in my opinion is very good considering I use this thing twice a day for that long. The new unit looks good and I like the fact it fills the water as it pours in the cup to save time. Very hot also vs the old Keurig I had. I love it.
