Great resistance band, even survived 9 months of travelling and really helped with quick workout when needed, this is a strong band though and is Hard workout, the length is generally small

Really sturdy item - I've used the purple band many times to perform assisted pullups, and it hasn't had any faults. It's perfect for workouts at home or for bringing to the gym.

I’m going to give this a 5 star because I’m sure it will suit a body builder and will do what it doesn’t say on the box!The title listing says “bands” and shows different colours and a range of different resistances. I received 1 band, with no instructions on how to use it.As a complete novice this should be made clear on the listing. I “assumed” it was different colours for different resistance and it was a pack.This band is for expert use, a body builder perhaps! Not a senior, who wants to build muscle and tone.So please rowd listing carefully.

Excellent band, 45kg is perfect for help with pull ups for a 6ft - 14 stone man. Can recommend

Bought totally on the back of the good reviews.However after two months of intermittent use it snapped and I was lucky not to suffer an injury!! As you can see from the photo I've reef knotted and limping on with it till I can afford to purchase elsewhereUpdate - The seller contacted me after my initial review and apologised and offered to replace the band which I accepted. Great customer service!, which is why I have revised my start rating!

Great way to get your pull up down. Have been struggling with it along time. This is a good way to scale it down

Really great quality for such a low price! I bought a couple of these to help with hip strengthening in a marathon build and they have been fantastic. It’s amazing how strong the bands go up to. You could actually use these as a full strength training session if you wanted!
