Glad I ordered these filters for my compost pail. They are a good thickness and I can tell the difference from the other thinner ones that I used to use. No gnats flying around the kitchen!

Easy to adjust to size you need with included templates. Good thickness of all included filters. Works great for our indoor compost bin.

Fits into lid of small metal (2-3 gal.) compost bin. Won’t know for two years whether it lives up to its promise of “2-year supply.” Eventually they shrink and fall out of inside of lid into compost glop.

The filter fit perfectly into the lid of my Natural Home compost container. It keeps out fruit flies and is effective as an odor neutralizer. I haven't had it long enough to judge it is effective for 4 months.

I bought to use with the vitamin food cycled fc-50. These work great! I just took the old one out, sat it over a new one and traced it in chalk then cut it out. Yes, I had to cut to size, but i don’t mind because I tossed the charcoal remnants into my bird fountain outside and all the algae sticks to it so I get multi use which is an added bonus.
