Best value in quality 64GB microSD cards
I have six outdoor 2K security cameras around my house that use microSD cards for 24 hr continuous local recording. Long-run, local recording is substantially less expensive than internet recording, so I go that route. I've been using 128GB cards for years. I've needed to use those 128GB cards for my action cams/drones, plus I don't need 128GB of storage as one month of storage only amounts to about 32GB of storage with my newer security cams and their efficient recording (HEIC). I was looking for a lowest cost solution in 64GB cards, yet didn't want to go with some unknown brand. I've used Patriot Memory before in my Mac laptops with good success, so figured these memory cards would be decent as well. Their construction seems top notch, and they format quickly and easily in my security cameras. They fit well in the cameras and retain the data as expected. At a cost of $18 for five 64GB cards that are 4K video recording capable, they more than meet my needs at the lowest cost possible ($3.60 each). All boxes checked! They are working well, and I'm glad to have found these to use in my security cameras. They shipped in a small cardboard envelop, inside plastic protective holders, one holding four cards, the other, one card. I highly recommend these Patriot Memory microSD cards.

Good value
I've purchased 8 of these. I've had 1 of them fail within the first 30 days. Otherwise, they work great. I like the value for the price so far.

Great card
We needed several micro sd cards for our cameras throughout the house, inside and out. We also needed a decently large one for our drone. These work perfectly and didn't have a problem with them as far as compatibility. They all work and none were a dead card. We recommend these

66MB/s Write avg, good price
(See Edit at end) Original: 5/8/2019 I normally use Samsung cards. They tend to be the fastest, most reliable, but not always the cheapest. After realizing I needed a second 256GB card after having just bought one at $45 dollars, I find the price went up to $50 within 48 hrs. Call me stubborn and cheap, but I looked for a better deal. This was about $35, and is advertised with the same or similar specs as the Evo Select cards with a $10-$15 dollar (less) price difference. Unfortunately, a lot of reviews suggest duds or failures are common, so I never felt inclined to purchase one before due to the idea of data loss. However, I'm using this in a tablet, not my phone, and the data will be replaceable so I decided to give it a try. I used an Anker usb 3.0 adapter on a USB 3.0 port via an Asus Maximus ROG VIII (iirc) mobo running Win10 Pro transferring from an internal mechanical archive drive. Not the fastest drive, but a one way will give top speeds in the 100MB/s range easy. I tested it with 195GB worth the data to check capacity authenticity and average (stable) write speeds. Capicity is authentic, no data corruption. Write speeds averaged 66MB/s, dropping to 54MB/s and back (lots of dip and peak, not a solid stable 66MB/s most of the time) with a max peak at 102MB/s for a couple seconds at the start of a transfer. Considering I get 60-76MB/s with the Evo Select cards, I'd say this passes my tests with flying colors. I didn't have the patience to test the read speeds, nor to use a benchmark tool. What Windows reports back is enough info for my purposes as I'm not reviewing this professionally, I'm just a consumer looking for reliability at an affordable price whom is inclined to share his findings with others so as they can make an informed choice. Now, we wait. Some reviews are suggesting failure at the 30-78 day range, well out of return period. I don't know what Patriot's warranty service is like, and hopefully I won't have to find out. If after two months this thing is still kranking, I'll be back with a 5th star. Hopefully I won't be back with a report of failure. If you're going to be dropping this into a tablet for movies or something, go for it. If you're going to use it in your phone where data reliability is a concern (pics of the kids and family is a big one for me), read the user reviews here, read some professional reviews, and make an informed choice before you buy. Edit: 5/29/2019 I have my Samsung Evo 256GB card and this Patriot 256GB card side by side in Windows (10) and my capacity is listed as 232GB VS 238GB on the Samsung, both are exFAT. Where are the other 6 gigs? I won't even get started on these card/drive manufacturers claiming "formatting" is why you end up with 232GB of usable space and not the advertised 256GB (again, where are the other 24GB?!). I won't dock it a star for this, the card has actually been performing as well as my Evo card. Just keep an eye on your reported capacities.

Pass Raspberry Pi 5 Diagnostics
The storage is what was recommended for the Raspberry Pi Five OS. After using the copy feature the system booted up with no problems. The functionality of the SD Card was compatible to the SSD that was also tested. But it’s size made it ease of use better for it’s size. As it was being formatted while it was copying the OS. Was a good investment for the size of storage.

⚙️💾Reliable 64GB storage that runs cool and fast for single-board computers and daily backups! 💡
Claimed Specs vs. Physical Daily Reality: Advertised as a standard 64GB UHS-I flash memory card. Physical testing on an Ubuntu Linux environment using it on SD card slot on an MS Surface Book 2, reveals a genuine usable formatted capacity of 56.31 GiB with zero corrupted or missing sectors out of the box. 📊 Sustained Write & Read Endurance: Tested under an intensive continuous 24-hour diagnostic soak loop using f3write and f3read. The card successfully completed 45 full write/read passes—transferring over 2.5 TB of aggregate data—with zero dropped blocks, write errors, or controller hangs. ⚡ Bus Saturation & Thermal Behavior: Sequential read performance peaked at 92.95 MB/s, effectively saturating standard UHS-I bus throughput limits. Sustained write speeds held steady between 43 MB/s and 66 MB/s across full capacity fills without severe thermal throttling over extended operations. 🌡️ Operating System Readiness: Ideal for single-board computers (like Raspberry Pi), custom OS builds, and retro emulation setups requiring steady read speeds and consistent thermal endurance. Depeding on the revsion on those devices, this SD card is great fit to match what the device can achive.🖥️ Consistent Cadence: Maintained a remarkably stable execution loop during stress testing, averaging roughly 32 to 33 minutes per full 56.31 GiB cycle. ⏱️ Plug-and-Play Reliability: Formatted without errors and immediately ready for deep diagnostic validation or active deployment as a boot/storage drive. 🔌 UHS-I Write Floor: While perfectly suited for everyday computing, emulation, and OS deployment, the sustained write floor of ~43 MB/s during massive multi-gigabyte transfers sits below high-end V30/U3 rated flash media. 📉 Heavy Sequential Ingestion Limit: Users looking to write massive 4K video feeds directly to the card may find the write ceiling limiting compared to faster specialized cards. 📽️ Workflow Impact: This drive delivers exceptional price-to-performance stability for secondary storage, system backups, and continuous embedded workloads. It withstands continuous thermal cycles without memory degradation, making it a fully qualified, highly dependable choice for active home lab setups and everyday storage expansion. 🎯

working good on Samsung A52 Galaxy
so far it is working, replaced an SD card that was not saving photos to it because I did not have it set up right, my son had to format this and now the phone is set to save to this instead of the inner memory on the phone. remember to format these if you buy one!

Reliable and Hassle-Free microSD Cards – Perfect for CCTV Use
I bought this 2-pack of Patriot 128GB microSD cards specifically for my CCTV cameras, and so far they’ve been completely reliable. First impressions were good — they feel like decent quality cards, not cheap or flimsy. I’ve had issues in the past with other budget brands where devices wouldn’t even recognise the card, but that wasn’t the case here. Both cards were detected straight away and worked without any problems after a quick format. In terms of performance, they’ve been solid. I haven’t experienced any lag, errors, or data corruption, which is exactly what you want for something like CCTV where reliability is important. Recording has been smooth and consistent with no issues so far. Storage-wise, I got around 116GB usable space, which is pretty normal and expected — you never really get the full advertised capacity, so no surprises there. The fact that it comes as a 2-pack was ideal for me since I needed cards for two cameras, and it works out well in terms of value. For the price, I think they’re definitely worth it. I’ve been using them for about a month now and haven’t come across any downsides so far. Overall, they’ve done exactly what I needed them to do without any hassle.
