The first and most important reason for purchasing this product was that it is an INDIAN based software. Secondly, the installation is absolutely simple and all of us can do it. It definitely is NOT nuclear physics. Thirdly, the app is accurate, has all the requsite details and effective enough to counter any challenge. Fourthly, the support team is very cordial, responsive and quick. The team gives you immediate solutions and activates the device within FIVE mins. The device is very good and the price justified (you may get other cheaper apps in the market NOT half effective and efficient as this). It's a small price to safeguard your asset. First of all this is my first review writing about a product. I just got this product two days ago and after it is successfully installed I contacted Acumen support team to activate it after two messages they replied to me and activated the device even if it is holiday to them. I just loved their service towards their customers. Now coming to point regarding the gps tacking device, everything is super and the location it is showing was accurate with 3-4 meters difference. Overall loved this product and it's features. Few features I haven't tested yet. If you're looking a gps tracker in this range you can go through this.

Acumen is best product in this price tag no issues .You have to recharge 999 for 1 year, that is affordable .After installation in my Activa ,product shows best results and accurate tracking. Customer support is very helpful and polite .They provided each and everything information very clearly and accurately Only one thing you have to do is search the proper local fitter for installation, because most of the fitters does not show any interest in installation of this device, They hesitate to install the device, because they may feel some wiring problem may occurs after installation (but it not happen so),they are not able to take that responsibility of that,but this experience may be different in place to place but the product is very nice 👍👍

Accurate location good device I have use 2year to still

1.Product is Rs.1,200 in Amazon , But don't purchase the product by considering only the price Rs 1,200 ,because you need to recharge the provided SIM with Rs.1,200 to use the product which is not mentioned clearly in the app. 2.In the app it is clearly specified that " Customer can use their own SIM" , but in reality after delivery of the product, I contacted thier customer care for activation and they replied that " customer should only use the provided SIM in the box and further replied that Customer can't use their Personal SIM . 3. I strongly not suggest this Acumen Gps tracker to anyone, instead im suggesting to purchase Ajjas GPS tracker in the same Budget. Prompt customer service and you can use your Personal SIM also in this Ajjas tracker. Im using Ajjas since 4months Product is good.

Acumen is really very useful, easy to install and tracking the vehicle. it provides real time location tracking with utmost accuracy as acumen has their own server. Besides it has engine off feature, trip/travel summary, alerts, daily travel details, dial shaped dashboard and users settings, etc. I am using this device since 2016 and it has been working effectively till today without any failure. Overall my experience is very satisfactory. So don't go for cheap Chinese product. Thanks Acumen.

The tracker has a nice app, pretty perfect. I have been using it for nearly a month now. However the installation process is tedious. Getting the userId/password from their support team was the toughest part which is not mentioned clearly in their youtube video. There is also a payment of Rs 900 that has to be made for the data charges to get the device activated. This is also not clearly mentioned in the Product details. From the second year onward you need to pay for the App charges as well in addition to the data charges, this makes it more expensive compared to the other tracking devices that I have used in the past. Please note that that I have not used the engine turn off feature that requires a relay, because that may nullify the warranty by the car vendor as it requires a wire cut.

Give good result accurate location speed but every year Rs.2,000 expense is slightly high Rs.900 for Sim recharge and Rs 600 for server charge of Acumen service and Rs.500 for Extra 1 year warranty. You have pay every year Rs.1500 for data and server service and 500 for warranty, but you get good GSP Tracking and Engine mobilization is also perfect work,
