This is actually working
**UPDATE - I’m 5 months pp now. I ran out of these and thought I’d try a different supplement with similar amount of vitamin Bs. The new supplement is less expensive and I thought it would work as well, but three days in I’m back to feeling overwhelmed with depression again. I just started a subscription to these Pink Stork pills. I literally need them. They’re worth the cost. I started taking this a couple of days ago for postpartum depression that I’ve been struggling with for 8 weeks since I had my baby. I thought all the positive reviews were too good to be true, but I ordered it out of desperation because my depression wasn’t getting any better as time went on. I already am starting to feel so much better. It’s honestly hard to believe. My anxious thoughts are gone, I’m happier, more pleasant to be around. I find myself laughing a lot with my family. I’m more patient and less irritable with my children. It hasn’t been a complete cure, but it has helped me so much in just two days. My husband has noticed and wants me to keep taking them.

Game changer
Just had my last baby at 40 and felt like my mood was all over the place. Postpartum hormones and heading into perimenopause, now having 4 kids, I was feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, snapping at my older kids. It wasn't enough to feel like pp depression or anxiety, but I wasn't feeling like me. I tried these and it's made a difference. I've only been taking one pill (directions are for 2) and it has certainly taken the edge off. I ran out one week thinking no big deal and I could tell the difference and a few days later ordered more. I haven't noticed a difference in my supply since I'm breastfeeding or in my 4 month old's temperament.

YOU NEED THESE
Whether you’re about to give birth or know a mama who is you need these!!! I’ve been taking for 3 years, 2 kids later and if I don’t take these for a week I can feel it in my mood!! I’ll be thinking what is wrong with me then I’ll remember oh my gosh I haven’t taken my vitamins. I just take these and a prenatal and I have ran out of these and only done the prenatal and still noticed a difference. Literally a lifesaver for a sahm especially. Easy to swallow and they smell and taste fine! Never been hard on my stomach and make sure ya take 2.

PPD Survivor - This WORKS!
I never write reviews but this product is so worth it. The birth of my second child was very traumatic, including a c-section completely alone due to the covid situation. I wasn’t bonding with my daughter and felt myself wishing I never had her. I cared for her basic needs but had no desire to hold or interact with her. The connection wasn’t there. I was crying at least once an hour (like bawling, not just a few tears). I didn’t want to eat and couldn’t sleep and just wanted to curl up in a ball and be left alone. I reached out to my doctor and was diagnosed with PPD but wanted to try to heal without prescription medication first due to fears with breastfeeding. This product was recommended by several moms in my support group. I was skeptical at first but I’m so glad I tried it. It seemed a bit expensive at first but now I know it’s worth every penny. I started taking it in combination with sitting in the sun outside for 20 min a day (my doctor said there have been medical studies on the effects of sunlight for mental health). I also started “baby wearing” and making sure I did at least an hour of skin to skin every day. I forced myself to spend time looking at my daughters face, really studying it, singing to her and getting to know her. I started talking to other moms in a PPD support group and allowed myself grace and time to heal. It wasn’t easy. PPD is HARD. She’s 8 weeks old now and I still have some bad days but this supplement has helped exponentially. I stopped taking it for a few days because initially i forgot and then thought I didn’t need it anymore but I immediately felt my mood tank. I became way more irritable and anxious and mad (“postpartum rage” is a real thing that most people aren’t aware of). I’m a happier person and a better mom when taking this. Please never stop making this, it’s a literal lifesaver for me. If you’re struggling, please know you’re not alone and your feelings are more normal than you may realize. Talk to your doctor (I promise they will not judge you!) and definitely try this supplement!

Total game changer!
After my first son was born I struggled with postpartum anxiety pretty intensely. When I got pregnant again, I knew I wanted to be proactive in my approach to postpartum. I didn’t want to get on a prescription medication if I could avoid it, so after some research I landed on this supplement. I started taking it after I got home from the hospital, and even now 4 months postpartum I take it every day. This postpartum season has been a night and day difference compared to my first, and I think this supplement is to thank for that. It’s easy to swallow, not gigantic, and causes me no stomach discomfort (I take it at night on a full stomach). I have been able to be so much more present and enjoy this precious time with my little one thanks to the mental health benefits of this mood support supplement.

Decrease in my milk supply
I love these. Really helped my mood! I suffer from DMer and it took it away. I was so happy and excited about that. A few cons though: my milk supply decreased a bit (fortunately I’m an over supplier), the price isn’t ideal (but I love the company so you have my support), first time taking it I got extremely nauseous (my fault for taking it on an empty stomach so beware of that. It states it on the bottle). I have to stop taking these unfortunately because my milk supply decreased but I till be taking these when I decide to wean from breastfeeding.
