Easy Peasy
The Water Dispenser for 5 Gallon Bottle is a portable and convenient way to get fresh, filtered water at home, office, or on the go. It is a small, lightweight device that can be easily attached to any standard 5-gallon water bottle. The dispenser has a built-in pump that draws water from the bottom of the bottle and dispenses it into a cup or glass. It also has a 7-level quantitative control, so you can dispense the exact amount of water you need.My wife tends to drink a lot of water in the middle of the night using plastic water bottles. So I got this for her and put it on her bedside table. She loves it, and we are taking care of the environment at the same time. The setup was Easy Peasy. The battery seems to last a long time before you have to recharge it. I like the 7-level options for versatility, but for now, we are sticking to level 2 for a perfect glass of water every time.Overall, the Water Dispenser for 5 Gallon Bottle is a great option for people who want a convenient and affordable way to get fresh, filtered water at home or on the go. It is easy to use and maintain, and it is made of food-grade materials. If you are looking for a portable water dispenser, I would definitely recommend this one.

Perfect for bedside water glass
I’ve been wanting this for a year and it did not disappoint! I recently bought two night stands for either side of the bed, and simultaneously bought 2 water dispensers for each one. I drilled a hole in the back of my night stands and fed the tube through the back. I use disposable one gallon bottle and cover the top with plastic wrap to keep dust from entering. It’s a little noisy (if I’m refilling in the middle of the night) but neither my husband nor I are bothered by it. A small inconvenience for the upgrade. Our tap water is gross, even after using a brita filter, so we’ve been burning through plastic water bottles. Using gallon plastic bottles is much cheaper and I like that we don’t use as many smaller plastic bottles. If I could make one suggestion to the manufacturers it would be to add a solid white product. This one is a pearl white, but many people prefer matte white.I recommend this product!

Died after 1 month.
Loved it until it died. 35 days after I received the item, It just quit all of a sudden right after dispensing the water, then for no reason it just stopped. I checked all the connections and found no issues. Really disappointing given the thousands of people who gave this product 4.5 stars. Not sure if I should try another brand or what. Not too surprising given the price. But if the life expectancy is only a month I should have only paid $10.00 for what is essentially a plastic water pump with a hose. It had promise but failed miserably. Really makes me question if all the reviews are actually from this product or if the reviews are legitimate.

We love it- UPDATE not so much
We have had this for a little over a month now and water is trapped in the base. I cannot open it and the water is orange. This is where the faucet attaches and this water is going into our cups- it smells awful.I’m just outside of my exchange date and I can’t seem to get any help on fixing it, taking it apart or replacing. This water dispenser is pretty cool! We’ve recently been buying jugs of water and this is such a cool concept instead of buying or renting the big stands. It’s aesthetically pleasing, and the different settings are pretty cool.Everyone that comes to our house ends up buying one.The only thing we would love is an adjustable neck for filled my keurig or large water bottles. But it’s nothing to hold them at an angle.Really like this gadget!

Super cool gizmo; works great
Most water dispensers are an additional piece of furniture in your kitchen taking up space… This cool thing is petite, but works great. I like the elegant pearlescent white finish. It took a minute to figure out that you have to choose among the milliliters buttons first, then hit the 💧to get it to start: 100 to 1000 ml are the choices. Bonus: I’m getting more of a sense of how much actual water equals the multi milliliter measurement. Thus the dispensing device is like a modern version of a Pee-Chee folder interior flap. May finally bust me out of my 20th century addiction to ounces cups pints and quarts. Rational metric systems to supersede imperialist nonsense. Five stars, cheerio!

Love it!
We are saving so much money refilling 5 gallon jugs of water (Primo). We were trying to find a way to dispense the water conveniently without too much hassle. We did try a standing water cooler dispenser which we ended up returning after finding out how tedious and gross they can get. Of course with this dispenser we don't get cold water, but it doesn't bother us as I set this up at a cute "beverage station" in our house right next to the countertop ice maker. We did go to Home Depot and get a longer tube and hid the 5 gallon jug in a laundry basket with a lid. This dispenser looks so pretty on the counter too!

Overheating and makes water smell bad after 1 year of using
It was working good for a year, but then something happened to the motor I guess, now it still works but from time to time water smells like a burnt wire so I have to wash the hose to be able to use it again. I guess the motor gets overheated. It’s very annoying, so I have to buy something new. And yes, it is very short, so you can only use regular cups and glasses, nothing tall

Great Answer
I had purchased one of the highest reviewed water dispensers and the taste was horrible. I returned it. After much research it doesn't seem like they any longer produce a good water dispenser. I have used them for 20 years and they used to not have all of these issues, I had never previously had a problem. They tasted great and lasted 10 years or so. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. So since I don't want to drink tap water, I resorted to this solution. So far I am very satisfied with it. It works fine and allows me to have clean, good tasting water. I just keep a pitcher in the fridge and the lack of a cold dispenser is irrelevant. The only issue was setting it up. It leaked a couple of times until I got the hose inserted properly. Not real easy on the initial setup.
